As with last month I've been a little slow getting this report out as I have continued to spend all available time in writing a new API. Fortunately I now seem to be seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, with several systems coded, and the vast majority of foundation code written.

Having now gone down this particular rabbit-hole, it's amazing to look-back and reflect on just how good OANDA's API is, both in terms of systems design, and functionality. Still, one is always a price taker at OANDA, and this can prove expensive.

At the end of this month my fellow director at Zone Capital, Russel Morris, and I will be off to Singapore, where we are both panelists at the Hedge Funds World Asian Managers Showcase 2008.
